Offer with advertised price includes the legal service of defending Offeree in one (1) case involving a traffic violation or a summary offense that has occurred in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania's counties of Westmoreland or Allegheny. Advertised price does not include any court costs, filing costs, expert witness costs, evidence gathering costs, or any other cost necessary to properly defend the Offeree's case. All costs, including advertised price must be paid prior to the start of the advertised legal service. Offer does not include any appeals.
