Offer with price advertised applies to the legal service of drafting one (1), non-joint last will and testament, drafted for registration in Westmoreland or Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, and accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Offeree must be domiciled in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Advertised price does not include any court costs, filing costs, expert witness costs, evidence gathering costs, or any other cost necessary to properly draft Offeree's last will and testament. All costs, including advertised price must be paid prior to the start of the advertised legal service.
